What I seen while shopping for a used car for my granddaughter was that this dealership like others in Columbus Ohio take no pride in what they put on their lots, dents, chipped windshields, paint chips, air conditioner inoperative..very sad
If I could give GM/Sales Manager/sales associate 0 starts I would... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM GERMAIN... appalling how they have handled a situation.. friend bought a used car from them HAD IT FOR 8 DAYS... engine codes everywhere ...won't even start...told go-to the local Honda... warranty will cover. Here we are 14 days later still going round and round..they towed it to them...and finally got her a loaner.. Meanwhile, she paid out a pocket for 14 days of a rental car.AND NO WORK HAS EVEN STARTED... extreme lack of communicat... read more
