Terrible experience at the Scarborough Road location with Chaz. They kept pushing me to sign the paperwork before my mechanic had looked at it even though I was very clear that I wouldn't buy without my mechanic reviewing it first - and also crazy considering I had an appt for a mechanic to look at it - exactly why would I pay my mechanic to go through a vehicle if I wasn't a serious buyer?? This was the best car buying experience since 1970 I have been buying cars . We purchased based a Subaru Crosstrk .The sales person Patrick was great .He made buying a car great experience. Look him up and purchase your next car from him Val the finance person going over the extras did not preasure to purchase extras at all . She was fantastic . Bottom line purchase your next car from Germain in columbus .
