Nice customer Service
Purchased a preowned car in January. As part of the purchase agreement we were to receive a 2nd key fob. That agreement has not been honored. I've called the sales associate Justin and left messages with no return call. I was told - oh well you left them on the wrong Justin's phone number, we have 2. I've spoken to two different managers, Ricardo (on 3/24) and Bryan F (on 4/8). Both assuring me that it would be taken care of. This is not resolved.
