Matthew & Issac were excellent to work with. Matthew provided all of the information beforehand, developing exactly how they planned to clean and sanitize our ductwork throughout house. They were very helpful, personable, and professional. Matthew provided exactly how he would charge for his services upfront. There wasn’t any undisclosed fees or expenses. Matt and his assistant did a great job on our ducts, they sanitized the whole system, and even discovered a tear in one of our vents that has been causing issues in our HVAC system for a year! Very responsive team, I managed to get an appointment exactly when I wanted. It was easy to get a quote, and they were very transparent about their pricing. I recommend getting your ducts cleaned by GermaKleen, they get it done great and are very professional!
