We appreciate all the help, support, late night calls, and grit that Dan and his team gave to make this all possible!
We worked on a deal with my realtor and Dan. It was unfortunate it didn't work out, but it was due to Dan's unethical decisions. Beware of this realtor, he will do almost anything to make a quick buck at the expense of the buyers and the sellers. We were the buyer but after talking with the sellers, they were super upset with their experience too and the sellers lost an extra 45,000 dollars because of Dan's greed. Just be careful out there! We're thankful for our realtor, and thankful it isn't Dan.
