Estate planning in FL differs somewhat from other states, and Rod Gerling efficiently and thoroughly explained and confirmed that I understood everything before I signed my various papers. The cost was very reasonable.
My wife and I were scheduled to go on an overseas trip and we wanted to have our wills and trusts updated. The originals were about 20 years old and were drafted in another state. Our trip was scheduled a number weeks after our first meeting where we spelled out how we wanted our documents to work. Dana sent us the documents, we had a chance to review them in her office and had them signed and notarized in time for us to go overseas with with peace of mind that our beneficiaries were protected no matter what might happen.
Dana was easy to talk too and fast to understand and extremely competent. She knew what we were about to say before we said it, and was fantastic at problem solving. I would highly recommend her, and Affordable Atty.,

I gratefully discovered Affordable Attorney Gerling online. As a Widow of 3 yrs, this was all new to me. But Dana Gerling and her assistants were extremely welcoming on my first visit last week! I don't have an Estate, but needed a new Will, etc. Their set price includes everything for $245, which is far less than other Attorneys in Florida!! I strongly recommend the MOST REPUTABLE FOR FAR LESS!!!! Betty Fernald
