Gerling Law Offices set up a trust and created a will for my Aunt several years ago. When she recently died she left paperwork telling us to contact Gerling for help with her will and estate. Gerling wouldn't even respond to our calls with questions about the will and trust they set up, indicating that they are too busy to take on more work. Dana thoroughly walked us thru each step of the Estate Planning process. We discussed our estate planning at an initial meeting and within a few eeks we received drafts of our plan for our review. Minor changes were made prior to our final meeting. Dana had everything prparded and ready to go... A pretty painless process giving us peace of mind

Mr. Gerling provided excellent advice, guidance, and legal assistance in helping me, as a beneficiary, through the probate and settling my mother's estate. . He and his staff filed the appropriate court forms in a timely fashion. The estate was resolved and completed to my satisfaction. Rodney explained everything to my wife and I in layman's terms that was easy to understand. We updated a trust that was 15 years old and are completely satisfied that our final wishes and heirs are well protected.
