Awesome customer service. Down to earth people hard working family business. Not a lot of them left in Erie. Just like we need to support the USA products we need to remember the small business that have worked hard to establish themselves.

Worst place ever!!! I called asking about a part for my older snowblower. I was at work and didn't not have the engine number available. Did this person ask a year, maybe what it looked like etc?? No, he didn't even try to help. I mentioned I found the part easily on amazon so I was hoping it was a common part they would recognize. Apparently he did not like that because I was immediately told that they order from Amazon too and sometimes the parts are wrong.
