I brought in a powerwasher to have the obviously broken pump replaced, after a week they called me and said it would be $260.00 to replace. You can buy the exact powerwasher brand new for $275.00 so I said forget it and went to pick it up. when I picked it up they charged me $35.00 for a "diagnostic fee". Mind you, when I dropped it off to get an estimate for repair, I needed a powerwasher so bad that day that I bought a new one from this place the same day I dropped the other one off. I purchased a push mower 2 years ago. Called the Service department to have that and two other items picked up for annual maintenance. Service Department put me on hold for 17 minutes before I hung up. Called back only to be put on hold for another 10 minutes. I should have known then to look elsewhere. Long story short, I will not go back to Gerlach’s. PM me if you want details.
They have what you need and the service dept will get you in and out as far as they can.
Best place in town! Very helpful and friendly! I Definitely recommend them for all your power equipment needs.
