The March 13, 2026 rain and wind storm ripped about 60 shingles off my roof. I called Gerken for a repair estimate. Brandon came soon after I called, took pictures and gave me estimates for repairing the roof. Importantly, since it was forecast to rain that night, he authorized the placement of an emergency tarp on my roof that same day. He also sent me pictures of the damage for my insurance company. We are living abroad. Our tenants contacted us to let us know that there was water damage in our garage ceiling. Working with Gerken from literally 12000 miles away to assess the problem, provide a temporary fix, get a fair estimate, and then work the repair couldn't have gone more smoothly. The whole Gerken team was great to work with from the office staff to the guys in the field. I would recommend Gerken to anyone!

Gerken Roofing exceeded expectations from start to finish. From the initial inquiry through the final walk-through, communication was outstanding—clear, prompt, and reassuring every step of the way.
