Do not rent from these guys, the communication service is horrible, they overcharge, and Dale of the Peola store is very rude.

I Rented a Roll-off dumpster by roofers request, because I had to get a permit. in my city. The dumpster came on time, the people were very nice. The roofers didn't show. They didn't answer my calls or texts. I had no use for the dumpster at this point. I called to have it picked up the next day. And here is why I'm giving a low score. Gerken policy is "no refunds". This is in response to a review from Chris p I am the owner at Gerken Rental we have a policy which we have customers sign a copy of that states on Saturdays if you rent anything after 12:00 on Saturdays during the winter hours then the item is due back by 9:00 Monday morning for one days charge of the item is returned after 9:00 then you will be charged regular rates. Recently moved to the area and rented here for the first time. I was not told that our equipment needed to be returned by 9am the following day. The person that rented me the equipment never told us this, only to keep it over the weekend since they were closed on Sunday. My wife returned everything before close of business today and was charged an extra day of rental. I rent equipment FREQUENTLY since I am a do it yourself person.
