Rented a walk behind hot saw started right up
Once again this company has performed well below my already low expectations. Their equipment is jury-rigged to the point of being unsafe or it just plain doesn't run. They are the only rental place in town which is the only thing that keeps them in business. I keep hoping they'll get their act together but after many years I've finally given up. I'll drive 30 miles out of town before I go back to these folks.
My 70 year old husband reserved a chainsaw at the Gerken Rental in Ottawa. When he went to pick it up the person in charge wouldnt honor the agreement made by his employee (who was there and corroborated the agreement). On top of this he was rude and disrespectful. We had been loyal customers for years. We'll never go back there again.
Don’t go here. Send you with equipment that doesn’t work and won’t refund your money.
