I hate leaving bad reviews on local company's but at this point I have no choice. Over the last 3 years the customer service has taken a consistent decline. Every time we rent a bounce house it gets delivered dirty & smells putrid of stagnant water (4 years in a row). All kinds of equipment!
Poor customer service and shotty equipment. I recently rented some equipment from Gerken which I spent most of my time getting to work. The Power washer took the salesperson 4 times to start (should have seen that as a sign) and then in the two hours I used it cut off 5 times on its own. Each time it cutoff (shut down) it would take about 10 minutes to get it restarted. Needless to say the two hours I had the machine I spent about an hour getting it started.
