Answer the phone and talk to your patients and I’ll update this review Update: the office has still not responded. Dr Gerkin was very professional. The staff, not so much. Very little communication. I wouldn’t recommend solely on his staff.
Great surgeon he made me comfortable before my procedure I had three hernia and his staff is flawless would recommend him
Dr Gerkin himself is a polite professional but his office staff is very disappointing! I called with a problem at 10:30am on Friday of last week and was told someone would be getting back to me later in the day and it's going on Tuesday of the following week and NO call back!
