Worse builders ever! They fabricate timelines to lure you in by promising to have your home completed in 10-12 months. Like others, after 22 months of delays, countless building errors, and price increases, Dave Gerrish refused to provide a completion date only to ask for an additional $23k or buy the house back. After the nightmare and broken promises, we had enough so we opted to sell the house back only for them to take 10 months to make us whole only to sell it to someone else for $100k more than we paid for it.
