Great doctor. His staff is nice and they got me in quick!
If I could give this office zero stars, I absolutely would. Do not go here. I have never in my life been treated with such disregard and unprofessionalism by a medical provider and their staff. I was repeatedly disrespected and dismissed by front desk personnel, particularly one staff member who struggled with English communication. When I asked for her name, I was refused that basic information — otherwise, I would have included it here. The office called me with my test results and said they were negative. Love Dr Jimmy and Kristy keeps me on track
My care has been outstanding from the very beginning of seeing Dr. Edmond years ago. I see him at his Brooksville office. He is a great primary care doctor. He is very kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. His staff, Christine, is amazingly efficient at taking care of any and all paperwork necessary (referrals, health insurance submissions, needed tests, etc.).
