I had wonderful care from Bill Ford and the staff at the clinic. I had a good appointment with Jennifer Langham who was filling in for a short time, but after that the disorganization, slow follow-up and confusion has degraded patient care. I truly hope this can turn around ASAP.
Visits are always on time, thorough & referrals readily made if needed. Very clean office, amiable & professional staff! Easily located on Google under GSC, choose the line item which has its photo & a CALL US, button. Located near the back of 6880 S McCarran on the west side of the building.☮️
I had personal care and attention with PCP Bill Ford for several years. Bill was GREAT!!! When Bill left GSC, the care I received was unacceptable. I’ve decided to seek another PCP within the Renown Network. I seldom post my reviews of services I’ve received or used, unless they’re the BEST or the WORST.
Doctor is outstanding, Bill is really missed. After care behind the scenes is horrible. Time to move my ex to a better place
