Worst experience. Incredibly dismissive of my concerns and showed no care whatsoever. Asked me to explain the reason for my visit but then continuously cut me off and belittled me to the point of tears. When a patient has clearly been very worried and upset about their concerns, and in general, they should never have to deal with a professional that is this rude and condescending.
Extremely rude, condescending when I asked questions, interrupted me so much I don’t think I ever got an entire sentence out. She scolds rather than helps, this is truly the worst doctor i’ve ever had. Left extremely upset both times I saw her.
Geri is an amazing clinician. She calmed my worries I had. She spent time with me and really listened to my concerns. I felt relieved at the end of the appointment with her. Thank you, Geri, for taking time and providing support and care today. I really appreciate the thoroughness of the exam and how you took my medical history.
I personally didn’t have the worst experience compared to the other reviews but it wasn’t the most pleasant either. I felt judged at certain times and when I followed up with questions I never got a response, even after asking three times via phone and text. I unfortunately will not be returning as I feel I would be more comfortable someplace else
