i called for free estimate for a new softener system...then i receive a bill for 90$..was NEVER TOLD of this charge!! i would have never had him come out...the other 2 company's did NOT charge me. Dale is pulling a fast one on me+ i DON'T APPRECIATE it at all.

We spent time checking out your unit and taking a water sample to send off for testing. We have a minimum $90.00 service call charge and a $5.00 fee for postage to send the sample.
