I would NEVER recommend Tony with Gerhardt Construction to complete any of your work. We hired Tony to build our garage/shop and it has just been a continuous nightmare of headaches and trying to fix up his work that he completed. I am writing this review in hopes to save someone else from having the same issues that we had with Tony. Before Tony even started any work he tried to demand that he needed half of our payment as a "down payment". I purchased a home where the seller hired Gerhardt Construction and Remodel to do electrical work and do a minor drywall replacement. I am shocked that this person has obtained an electrical license. None of the outlets were grounded like they were supposed to be. The knob and tube replacement from the panel to the garage was missing conduit was just a lousy job.
