We visited during a light snow in March, and feel so lucky to have found this spot! Incredible pastries, delightful owner that took lots of time to describe her longstanding presence locally. Gerhard's is a place to satisfy you pastry desires!!!
I like to have something sweet, like chocolate, after a meal as a palate cleanser. But I don’t always want a full desert or a large bite of anything. On two separate occasions, I tried one chocolate orange truffle and it was just enough to satisfy my palate. The consistency of the filling was smooth and it tasted like it was made with orange essence or oil. Unlike artificial flavorings, which have a high sugar impact all over the mouth. Truly a delightful experience! Every pastry is made from true pastry chefs and the ingredients are imported from the top suppliers from around the world! Highly highly recommend!
