Two months ago I would have rated them a 5 because I bought several appliances--dishwasher, stove, etc.--and always had great service. HOWEVER, be warned that they do not stand behind their products. I recently bought a washer-dryer set. The dryer never worked. They came and replaced the circuit board. Still didn't work. They said we needed to check our electricity. We did. All fine. They said they needed to contact the company (LG) and that the company needed THREE VISITS before they would replace it! We are now FIVE WEEKS ... read more
