I hired Gerdes to do “preconstruction” for a dental office, with the hope it would parlay into the construction process. Silly me. I’m not sure where the people that drive the company trucks are taught to drive, but they’re a hazard to have on the roads. One of the company trucks was in traffic with me today and after they cut me off, because they decided to do 80mph in a merge lane. They then proceeded to brake check me and the car next to me. The car next to me had to lock their brakes, to the point it smoked and screeched on the road. Dan is a straightforward, honest, skilled, and talented general contractor. I’ve dealt with Dan for years. He is always positive and solution oriented. I highly recommend Dan and his team for commercial or residential projects.
Not only did Dan and his team build out a great office for us, he stepped up long after the project was completed to get us running again after Hurricane Irma. He is an ethical and excellent contractor that I can recommend without reservations.
