I called this company while looking for quotes for a bathroom remodel. The woman who took the call was friendly, asked questions to get an idea about what I was looking for and scheduled someone to come out to set up a quote. The next day a man called while I was at work and left a message saying he needed to ask a few questions about the project and for me to call him back or text to discuss. Gerken construction exceeded our expectations. We had kind of a confusing project and they knocked it out of the park. Richard was really great to work with. Always seeing to our needs and listening. That was huge for us! I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you!!!
Called and set up a appointment for a quote they showed up. And 4 weeks later still no quote. Not a e mail phone call nothing. Guess my money isnt green enough for them. What a disappointment after seeing all their advertisements on tv. Shame on you. Moved on. Your loss. Would have given a zero. Wasnt a option.

I used them to move my laundry from my basement to my bedroom closet. IT was going to be a tight space but I really wanted this on the main level. They came out, talked about what I wanted and gave me a bid. Before we started, Richard sat down with me to go over the scope of the project to insure we both were on the same page.
