Our Mom moved in 2021 and lived there till she passed. There is no other place that could be as good. The best personal care, very comfortable, and delicious meals. This was also while care homes were dealing with the challenges of Covid. Our Mom told us often how happy she was. The staff were like family and can't thank them enough for making our Mom's last days very comfortable. We did shop around and was clear in a short time, we had to move in.

My aunt has been with the Gerbrandt family for 3 years now. They have been in the business over 30 years, are very professional with the best care around, and my aunt is really happy there and has become like a member of their family. I also know two other families that have had their loved ones under their care and they have nothing but good things to say about the Gerbrandts. Poor management that obviously doesn't treat their employees fairly. The clients are also "scared" to say anything due to managements vindictive attitude toward complaints or concerns. Very toxic atmosphere so we moved to another home. Clean drinking water though...
