Hire people with a knowledge base that can solve problems, not human robots who only know what is in front of them. Its scary to know that no one has any responsibility for what is happening in the store. The questions are bounced from person to person until they give you the national phone number where no one ever answers the phone. If I don't get my issues resolved today, I will stop being a customer. That's a lot of grocery Gerbes!!!!

store is convenient but pharmacy is not, as it's clear across the store from entrance. when you don't feel well you don't feel like walking that much.

A woman from our church had surgery today and I am fixing supper for them tomorrow night. I need a beef roast. But it's $7 a pound there is no way. I will figure out something else!
I usually have an normal time at your store, but tonight I nearly had a panic attack when I saw that you were backing the so-called "charity" Autism Speaks. I am autistic. Autism Speaks is not a charity (most of the donations they receive go to fancy dinner parties), and is a poor representative of autistic voices, as the group is more centered around the point of view of parents "dealing" with autistic children. Friendly staff...great store!! When I shop there I find great sales and food!!
I hate your stupid race car carts! My toddler ran after a green parked on in your lot as I was left with a red one, loaded with grocerys. After chasing her down and trying to shove back in a regular cart, that wasn't my problem your cart guy yelled at me to get it as it was rolling away. Not my problem as I had a screaming toddler. Won't be back at your store!
