Amazing experience with Maddie and Brandon at this pharmacy. I stopped in directly after leaving the doctors office and waited less than 15 minutes for my order to be filled. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever with the service received. I was able to get back to work and on with my day to day routines and began feeling better within hours of taking those antibiotics and steroids. Our family has shopped not only at Gerbes, but also at its parent Kroger in Missouri, Indiana and Ohio over the years. I can definitely say that our entire experience over 20 yrs has been nothing but positive and stellar; the employees have been extremely friendly, helpful and taken care of our needs. In a nut shell, shopping at this chain has overall been a very pleasant experience. If not, there is no way that we would be repeatedly back in Gerbes or Kroger over 20 yrs !
