I have been going to gerbes pharmacy for 15+ years and never had an issue until now. The last couple times I've went to pick up medication I've been charged. When I know I shouldn't be. Well today I went to pick up my daughters meds and was charged again. I asked Bryton why I was being charged and I know if my insurance doesn't cover the meds, they can look for a medication my Insurance does cover. He told me I wasn't correct and that I, myself would have to call the doctor and they would have to find a medication my insuran... read more
