They are not as good as they market themselves. Their "knowledge" fluctuates. Pushy owner. They are way too expensive and their markup is ridiculous. Very poor communication for such a large investment in them to take care of your property. So many other choices for residences.
Do not use Gerber Landscaping. Owner and crew arrived for the job over 2 hours late, threw plants randomly into various spots and did not follow the landscape architect's plan. Gerber did not provide all the plants he charged us for. He promised to stay and supervise the installation, but left. Crew did a horrible job of planting. All around terrible experience with Gerber Landscaping. Would never recommend or use them again.
I had an on-site estimate and then never heard from the company again. I messaged our estimator with updates to the situation and still never heard back. If you can't service me or there are intangibles you want me to meet, please be straight up. I work for another company in the area and really need a solid referral to send my clients to for landscaping.
