Exceptional customer service with a wide variety of furniture. Mike was the salesman who assisted my family and he was great keeping in mind our needs. They have a great selection of furniture for all sizes of homes depending on your needs. The business has been around for over 25 years and I can definitely see why! Other furniture stores could learn some lessons from Gerber’s.
My two star rating has nothing to do with the quality of the store it's people the merchandise, It has to do with it when I was shopping online for mattresses everyone I looked at says call for our best pricing. That defeats the purpose of shopping online in my opinion. I am sure his employees do not have time to sit there and tell me the price of every single mattress they have because I want to compare prices and features and models and it's a whole lot easier to do that online then to take up somebody's time on the teleph... read more
1/9/2024 I have uploaded pictures of our "repaired" chair as well as a picture of the other chair that had no issues. This is a Gerber Furnishings issue after the repair by their service man. This chair cost $1,899 dollars. Dave Gerber has asked me to remove this review but if I were a customer I'd want to know about other peoples experiences especially when it ends up like this. We needed a couch to fit our park model and Flexsteel had a model we liked. They helped us through the fabric selection process which is often difficult- so many colors and options! But the owner listened to our needs and showed us the ones that would work perfectly! When we got it home, it looked beautiful in our space. We shopped American and Ashley and Lazy boy for months. Gerber’s was the only store that had the product size we needed. They made the process effortless. Highly recommend!
When I walked in, I was amazed at the beautiful clean, organized sore. The furniture was very unique & high quality and quite comfortable. There were so many rooms of the same quality furniture.. so difficult to choose a sofa because there were so many comfortable ones that matched my decor at home. The best part of my visit was the salesperson, Mike McNeill. He was very charming, sweet, friendly; but most of all very knowledgeable & willing to go the long distance.
