Dr Stephens was amazing in the ER. His bedside manner is something you can't teach; he was born to do this. I appreciated Dr Graves direct, straightforward approach to delivering terrible news. The nurses for room 724 were all really great! My only complaint- PARKING!! They need a parking garage.

This facility is very understaffed. I was here for 6 hours just waiting. Because they don’t have the means to treat everyone efficiently, they prioritize the more critical patients, leaving everyone else waiting for hours. I can understand prioritizing emergencies, but it seems like the wait time increases significantly as you move from primary care, to urgent care, to the hospital—the more emergency-related the facility is, the longer you can expect to wait.
