The shipping and customer service have been appalling! I ordered a knife they had in stock almost a month ago, and still have not received it. I will never order a knife from them again. My money is gone and have no knife.
Gerber NO LONGER stands for excellence or complete customer satisfaction. I have owned my Gerber knives for ever, and my needle nose multi tool for 13 years. I recently bought a new expensive Gerber Blunt nose multi tool and had it less then 8 months. Well, I went to cut a piece of wire and the blades broke. I did not realize they were "replaceable blades" and are NOT warranted. Darn, they are expensive to replace and I can't afford to keep replacing them every 8 months or less.
