Gerber homes has more than exceeded our expectations! Gerber has attentive, kind, thoughtful, and understanding staff. They even have a 24/7 on call support if needed. Every interaction we have had with each person, including the owner has been all positive. We love the quality craftsmanship in our home and have had the ability to customize it to meet our needs. Gerber is beyond flexible, creative and truly cares about their customers. Truly one of the best businesses I have had the pleasure to work with.
Four years I had to replace 2 windows gas leaked in between, Floors turned pink had to replace 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, foyer, laundry room, and pantry, Monday the garage door unit stopped working had to be replaced and today August 16th the garbage disposal stopped running. What will go next
After building a home with Gerber over 12 years ago, when it came time to sell our home and build again we did not hesitate to call on Gerber. When we sold our prior Gerber home, it was in virtually identical condition as the day we had moved in 12 years previously! I built my home with Gerber Homes on my own lot in West Henrietta from May 24th- Sept 10th. It was an intense and amazing experience. I would need a page to describe things in details but . But, what I want future home builders to know about Gerber Homes is that they will give you a quality home at the market price. Other builders tend to overcharge OR if they are at the same price/quality as Gerber's they do not build on your own lot. I am just an average employee working in a hospital and I could afford building with them.... read more
