This is a top-notch outfit that repaired one of our work vans that was struck by an 18 wheeler. I was well-informed throughout the entire repair process and was guided effectively through the insurance aspect of the claim. Highly recommended.
Absolutely terrible rude company that provided horrible services. It took them 2 - 3 months for servicing my vehicle and it still was not correct. It was a very difficult and unfortunate process to work with this company and I do not wish that on anyone EVER.
I honestly cannot praise this company any higher. I had pretty extensive body work done to the back of my motorhome, and the results are amazing. I primarily worked with Tony Sofia and the office manager, Samantha. Both are extremely polite, responsive, and professional. The technicians, their names which I do not know, obviously know their trade very well. Thank you to all of the Gerber team! Frankly, I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Ray K.
I recently sent my vehicle to Gerber Ontario after a recent accident. From start to finish, my car was fixed & I picked it up in less than a week, which I was told by other places might not be the case due to part/supply chain issues. My car was sent here after an accident for repair work. Sam was great at keeping me informed as well as being a great liaison between the insurance company and I. I appreciate how patient and understanding they were with me while navigated this unfortunate situation. Definitely will recommend to others!
