All the other reviews hit the nail on the head with CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The ladies at the front desk will take care of you... communicate with insurance so you don't have to... and genuinely try to make a frustrating situation better. I had two accidents back to back, and Eve made everything 10x better while having to deal with insurance, rental companies, MVA... blah blah blah! Thanks ladies & Eve! <3
They did an amazing job on my lexus. When I drop my car off, awaiting a ride to pick me up, one of the sales associates offered to gave me a ride home. I told her that was find, my ride was closed by. The sales associates are wonderful. Very intelligent. My car looks great. The mechanics did an awesome job. They went an extra mile. They repaired every marks that was on my car. I which they had ten stars ,I would have given them. What a great p lace to take your car.
Gerber auto repair in Laurel was outstanding in helping me deal with the headache of my car being hit. They dealt with the insurance company and the work to repair my car was flawless! The front desk staff and insurance adjuster were very friendly and kept me updated on my vehicle. I got my car back better than when I dropped her off. Highly recommend!
