Horrible customer service!!! I waited 3 weeks for a return call from the “Manager” to schedule my repairs. The front desk clerk would place me on hold leave me on hold send me to voicemail only to not return the call..
RecommendedGreat Customer Service! They did a great job on my vehicle that had been damaged in a car accident. You would never know my vehicle had been hit. Highly Recommend!

If i could give this place 6 stars i would.
The reason im giving one star is because there is paint on the glass on the opposite side that had the work done. There is also spots of paint on the body on the opposite side that had been repaired and it looks like where it was taped off on the fender paint ran down. Not to mention my windshield is cracked now and it was fine when i dropped it off. I think im just going to pay to have their mistakes fixed because im not sure if i want them to touch it again. I was rear ended and my car received bad driver side and rear damage. They had it 2 weeks. And was worth the wait. Car looks absolutly amazing

I would rate this company in the negatives if I could. This establishment is very slow, staff does not return phone calls in a timely manner and employees remove things from vehicle and create more damage. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very dishonest business practices.
