The shop in Shelby Twp recently sold to Gerber collision and the Gerber techs are incompetent. They have had my car for 3 weeks with several days with no action because "the manager was off and couldnt give approvals for parts" also because "it needs programming which needs time". You can't even get a call back from a manager who can give answers. The repair should have taken a week but it has been there three weeks. Do not take your car there.
I have anxiety and this place truly made it as anxiety free as possible. The best people to deal with here! Will Cicalo handled all my issues and was absolutely Outstanding! Thanks again Gerber and Will!!
