This one in particular doesn't work with Progressive directly and if their assessment or estimate does not match with Progressive's they won't take your car in unless Progressive provides an updated quote to match theirs. The 15 mile location does. Anyway, Progressive said it's unusual for repair shops to do this as they would just send their own adjuster to the shop and check the actual car damage and update their quote after. So you may wanna avoid this place if you have Progressive or have a similar situation as mine.
Took my Jeep in for repairs after an accident and the customer service was fabulous! Great communication, speedy repairs and the Jeep looks like new! Bonus that it was returned amazingly clean inside and out! Would definitely recommend using Gerber!

Update: This is no longer Collision Craftsmen. It is now a location of Gerber Collision. I have updated my review to one star due to my recent experience. I returned to this establishment due to my trust with CCM and expected the skills and competence to be the same; however, Gerber Collision did not execute that. They assured me that all mechanic and technicians were the same, but that was not the case. The shop in Shelby Twp recently sold to Gerber collision and the Gerber techs are incompetent. They have had my car for 3 weeks with several days with no action because "the manager was off and couldnt give approvals for parts" also because "it needs programming which needs time". You can't even get a call back from a manager who can give answers. The repair should have taken a week but it has been there three weeks. Do not take your car there.
