The old lady that answers the phone called me Wednesday to tell me to bring my car in Monday at 9, then called me Friday morning to confirm my appointment, then called me again Friday to tell me she overbooked me and has to transfer me to a different collision place all the while trying to blame it on their “call center.” Everyone makes mistakes, however, Gerber should definitely have someone more competent taking calls. Especially given her unapologetic demeanor.
