I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision in Farmington Hills and had a great experience. As a fellow local business owner nearby, I appreciate working with companies that do what they say they’ll do. The repairs were completed within the timeframe they estimated, communication was excellent, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The entire process was smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.

Recently I had a little “argument” with a shopping cart in a store parking lot, resulting in serious bruises on one of the side doors of my Subaru. I brought the car to your Farmington Hills location for body work. Since I am typically uneasy about dealing with repair shops, I chose Gerber based on a recommendation from State Farm. Get your car inspected after they do repair work. There will be paint imperfections, damaged parts put on the vehicle, and panels they remove to paint will start to fall off after a couple months. You might even get your car returned reeking of cigarettes like I did! Stephano, the manager, is absolutely awful. When I called about paint imperfections and my car being returned smelling like cigarettes, the response I got was “well only the parts went into the paint booth.” Absolute joke of a collision shop. Go anywhere else.
