I am very pleased with Geber Collision. My car was repaired with a week. The customer service was out standing and they took care of the car rental for me as well.
They took thirty days to repair my Cadillac for a five mile an hour fender bender. Left the right rear corner interior post disassembled. Went back Manager says “ two clips I’ll order them”. Weeks later I return to check and I’m told the clips will be in two days. I return over a week later second time to check on clips. I’m told to wait until Managers lunch is over. Great customer service and the general manager is awesome!
Truck is still not fixed the paint does not match its been down since Oct of 24 and its may 2025' they let it sit so long battery died and and they jumped it off incorrectly and fried modules that im on the hook for and they say they have no recollection, when they asked me for my spare key to unlock it because it was dead.
