While the work was ok, they seemed a little disorganized. I wouldn't call them customer focused, but more insurance company focused since that where they get the majority of their money.
Char, Kate, Luck and Joe took great care of me and my car! From the first day they were so nice and treated me like family. My car was done in a week and a day, faster than I was expecting. Thank you guys so much!!
I am very pleased with Geber Collision. My car was repaired with a week. The customer service was out standing and they took care of the car rental for me as well.
They took thirty days to repair my Cadillac for a five mile an hour fender bender. Left the right rear corner interior post disassembled. Went back Manager says “ two clips I’ll order them”. Weeks later I return to check and I’m told the clips will be in two days. I return over a week later second time to check on clips. I’m told to wait until Managers lunch is over.
