Terrible service
Had my truck towed to Gerber. After sitting for a week I called for an update, the technician assigned to my truck proceeded to say they have to wait for the snow to melt to be able to work on my truck due to it not being drivable. My truck is a standard Chevy 1500 Silverado. Not sure why they don’t have parts or dollys to move the truck on. Phenomenal job! Gerber Collision went above and beyond my expectations. Amanda was super transparent throughout the entire process, made it easy to work with the rental car company, and kept me updated while my vehicle was being worked on. Gerber Collision was super quick and did a top-notch job with my vehicle.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Great customer service, Heath was excellent and didn't give me my car back until the job was done 100% to his satisfaction. He was very communicative and clear with pricing and updates. Pricing was good and every effort was made to find parts that were well priced AND of good quality.
