Front desk is nice and the app are helpful while waiting on repair. The body techs suck. Came in with lower rear end damage to my car. First time I came to pick it up the passenger side of the rear bumper cover was loose and sticking out. It was left there for another 6 days just to pick it up with the same problem, but now the same area is push in and not aligned with the quarter where it meets. Very happy with the repairs! I was concerned because I drive a Hyundai Veloster in a color that isn't very common & they did a PHENOMENAL job on the body work. They stopped making Velosters years ago so I was very worried about parts and color matching. Becky is extremely sweet, personable, and kept me updated every step along the way. They even straightened out my license plate & re-attached accessories that I had dangling from the bumper. They did a great job & I would definitely return!
