The customer service was phenomenal & informative. They are understanding & very communicative as far as when our car will be completed & kept us updated as a far as delays or if they completion time would be changed!
This shop does amazing body work and are great on communicating about the process and steps that your vehicle is in. I do have to say that my interior was dusty and filthy and my floor mats were dirty. Also I had to get my passenger side headlight replaced. And the headlight bulbs I feel like aren’t aligned properly. But other than that would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for repairs.
I don't know who I spoke to on the phone but I was on hold for about 10 minutes and then I was hung up on and then I was on hold for about another 15 minutes and whoever I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude so I will not be using this body shop
Most definitely glad I took my car to Gerber! My entire experience was amazing! Great staff…….very thankful to have had this location fix my car. Great job very satisfied
