Where do I start? I was out-of-state my daughter. Used my car, I've got in an accident, took it there. And I got back to Michigan, after the vehicle had not been used at all, still wasn't ready. My husband took it in. I made another trip out when I got back. The headlight was full of moisture. This supposedly supposed to be brand new, my air conditioning didn't work. So I contacted him. They claim which they better have on paper with login time and out. But they replaced it, we went back again cause they did not do it right.... read more
I would never recommend to anyone they smile and say what you want to hear but don’t deliver. Work is shoddy. They don’t even detail your vehicle after having it for months.
So far, these guys seem to have good pricing. The staff has been very friendly. We are scheduled to have our car fixed will update when it's complete. Update: had to wait an additional week for my car to be finished, and when I finally was able to pick up(after hours pickup), the bumper was not attached properly, Neither side was clipped in and the left headlight was still out and had not been changed.
