I would like to say thank you to the Gerber collision team for making sure that everything was completed for my vehicle and also to get the lowest possible deductible that I could get for my insurance company. They went above and beyond and my deductible was $0. They make sure that I had a rental vehicle picked up and dropped off at their facility. My rear passenger side door was hit by another vehicle and needed to be replaced. I reached out to several different body shop and decided to choose gerber. Gerber didn't let me down, within a few days later, I got my vehicle back with a exactly new side door.
Shortly after getting off the phone with my insurance company I received a call from Laura explaining what would happen next. Gerber works directly with a local rental car company. She explained they would come pick me up after I was finished with the paperwork with her. What a relief. The tow company dropped my vehicle/myself off at Gerber.
