great collision pros here highly recommend then to anyone who was had an accident quality, commitment to service and attentive to details.
Would not recommend!! Employees neglected to secure my car inside as promised, allowing my car to be broken into and all of ym belongings to be stolen. Management first stated they were going to do the right thing and reimburse me for my stolen items due to their negligence, but have since failed to uphold to that promise. Unethical and unprofessional way to conduct business.
I went there for a paint estimate for my car. I found out rather quick after a few seconds with them that they were in the insurance racket business. They wanted to charge me for work that is considered above and beyond the scope of a normal overall paint job. When you mention, “cash”, forget it. They are only interested in insurance, unless you are gullible and want to get ripped off. Oh, they will refer you to the hole in the wall shop next door if you are looking for a cash estimate.
AWFUL. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off. Took my vehicle here, talked to them, they said they could make it driveable again, should only take a week. Well, after a MONTH and having gotten it back once with a BROKEN AXLE THAT THEY DIDN'T REALIZE NEEDED TO BE FIXED and $2000 of my money - I had to tow the truck to Happy Trails in Atlantic Beach. They fixed it in a week and it cost me 1/3 of what these clowns charged me...and for what? I got two new tires and rims. I could have done that myself. HATE THESE CON ART... read more
THIS PLACE SUCKS !!! i had only cosmetic damage. For a bumper & fender ! They said it would take 5 days. 5 days later they said it would take 2 more days! What do you know they said its gonna take another week ! then a week later it still wasn't done ! for the price and time paid ! i could have done the same thing myself at home !
