Terrible customer service, incredibly arrogant and overbearing. A couple of things bothered me about this place. Used them because of their proximity to my house and they were on my insurance list of companies to see. Lesson learned. From the get-go they were telling me that the paint match might not be exact because of the manufacturer paint color I have. That turned out to be the least of the concerns.
