I was rear ended and the process through the insurance company was fairly easy. Gerber did an excellent job on my vehicle and I appreciated the update calls every Tues and Thurs on where my car was in the repair process. Also, they guarantee their work for as long as you own the car. Thanks Skyler!
I would give zero stars if I could! Stay far away! Horrible workmanship. I had Loose parts and items missing. I had to return my vehicle more than once to get a just “ok” fix after it was already so called complete and ready.
I damaged the driver’s side fender, headlights and door in an accident. Gerber was able to fix my car with no issues. The car looked brand new when I got it back. The customer service was great. Highly recommend!
