I took it here because that’s who my insurance referred me to. They fixed my front bumper from hitting a deer. Way over priced! No communication. I was told I would be called back numerous times and never did. Had my car for 2 weeks for a front bumper. I asked them to also fix my back hatch, which I was going to pay for. Never did it. I asked about it when I picked it up and was told the part was on back order and I could go to auto one and pick it up myself. Do not recommend. Kaylee Noojin

Truly exceptional service. After my car was rear ended, I needed a total bumper replacement and took it to Gerber. They were incredible from setting the appointment, working with my insurance, and helping to set up a rental car. The repair tech was also upfront with timelines and provided regular updates, which I really appreciated. They did an incredible job fixing it and it looks like the accident never happened! I hope you will never need their services, but if you do, I would highly recommend Gerber.
I have not got my car back yet but the servic3 has been impeccable and they have truly made me be so at ease in this situation.
This shop has lost what it means to be proud of their work. After my accident, my car was sent here for repairs, and when I got it back, the front bumper looked like it was slapped on by someone who didn’t care at all — huge gaps, misalignment, and zero attention to detail.
