So I have dealt with this company when it comes to my truck because they deal with my insurance company I was informed that my truck was going to be totaled out this company has a lack of communication that they need to work on and when I talk to Brittany on the phone who is supposedly a manager she told me she was going to talk to somebody else and then end up hanging up on me not great customer service needs to find a way to communicate better within their employees put notes in the computer that everybody can see whatever... read more
Alexis provided incredible customer service. And my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner.
Gerber once upon a time had a reputation of doing amazing work! Today, I wouldn’t let them paint a shirt for me. Not only was the work performed messy, but somehow there was paint all on the inside of the vehicle and several areas of the fender had to be put back into place after leaving.
