Poor workmanship, communication is horrible, quality of repairs lacking, tried to get them fix the isssues with poor results, lots of time wasted, had to take my vehicle to another body shop to get properly repaired. I would not recommend this place.
Taking my car back tomorrow after we picked it up Friday after they had it for 5 weeks none of the front panels, hood, fenders or grill lines up this has to be a joke already contacted insurance company and they advised me to give Gerber a opportunity to make it right, would give 0 stars if that was possible
My car was fixed so quickly and came back to me looking like no damage had ever even happened! Preston was phenomenal and kept me updated the entire way. Highly recommend!
I took it here because that’s who my insurance referred me to. They fixed my front bumper from hitting a deer. Way over priced! No communication. I was told I would be called back numerous times and never did. Had my car for 2 weeks for a front bumper. I asked them to also fix my back hatch, which I was going to pay for. Never did it. I asked about it when I picked it up and was told the part was on back order and I could go to auto one and pick it up myself. Do not recommend. Kaylee Noojin
