My whole experience here was phenomenal. Kelly at the front desk was very helpful and informative. Adam my estimator was very knowledgeable, I left feeling fully informed with all my questions answered. Something that I had been dreading deal with turned out to be a quick and easy process that was made possible by Gerber!
STOP PLAYING THE MUSIC AFTER BUSINESS HOURS IN YOUR SHOP OUTSIDE IT DISTURBS YOUR NEIGHBORS AROUND IF YOUR CLOSED STOP PLAYING THE MUSIC SO LOUD THERE NO REASON TO BLAST YOUR MUSIC SO LOUD AFTER HOURS, I LIVE IN THE APARTMENTS NEXT DOOR AND ITS VERY DISRUPTIVE.
Yall. I cant even BEGIN to tell yall how amazing this place is. They had my car done a whole 2 days earlier than the estimated, gave me updates on literally everything they were doing, and their customer service is on point. They had my car in and out in a week, and for a low price. HIGHLY recommend coming here if you have any type of body damage, my car looks almost brand new!!
Worst experience anyone could have. Although they were very polite, they lied to our face, gave two different estimates, inflated the estimate in order to total the vehicle. Run don’t walk away from bring your car there. Find a different honest location. They are terrible. They wanted to total a car for a fender bender. Consider yourself warned.
