My wife was on her way to visit family in Georgia, when she was involved in a fender bender on I-95 at the exit that Gerber Collision is located. She went to Gerber to see if they could replace a clip that sheered from the bumper. Gerber personnel promptly and without hesitation ensured that the clips were replaced and got the vehicle for her to continue her trip! Thank you Gerber Collision and Glass!!!
The worst customer service ever. Rude and disrespectful. The first impression of any business should be professional this place is no where near that.
Adam did such a great job repairing my vehicle after a collision to almost perfect condition! Adam kept me up to date during the repair procedure. When he found out that I needed my car for work, he put a rush on the job and got it finished 2 days earlier. I really appreciated him working so hard to get my car ready early. Thank you to the friendly staff at Gerber Colission in SR-16!
My whole experience here was phenomenal. Kelly at the front desk was very helpful and informative. Adam my estimator was very knowledgeable, I left feeling fully informed with all my questions answered. Something that I had been dreading deal with turned out to be a quick and easy process that was made possible by Gerber!
STOP PLAYING THE MUSIC AFTER BUSINESS HOURS IN YOUR SHOP OUTSIDE IT DISTURBS YOUR NEIGHBORS AROUND IF YOUR CLOSED STOP PLAYING THE MUSIC SO LOUD THERE NO REASON TO BLAST YOUR MUSIC SO LOUD AFTER HOURS, I LIVE IN THE APARTMENTS NEXT DOOR AND ITS VERY DISRUPTIVE.
