Love the work they did after my car accident but i went up there to see how much to repaint my hood and the top of my car. The lady at the desk said they will call me with a quote tommorrow. Still week later havent got that qoute. If i need to bring it down there for them to see i will but no one has even tried to call me a week later
I would start to say they have great customer service. I have a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry XSE which was recked, so I took it to this place. At first I thought they did a great job & keep me updated on my car. They had my car for I believe 18 days and I went to pick up very smooth transaction. But then two nights later I noticed from someone my car number wasn’t aligned. I stopped in Gerber today with some paint damage on a brand new Bronco. Spoke with Amanda, the General Manager about the damage. She took my Bronco to the back and took care of the paint damage. They did a great job and I highly recommend Amanda and Gerber!!
The front office ladies were so great.. responsive to texts asking for updates and getting answers if needed. I really appreciated that. I had minor fender damage from a hit and run and they worked seamlessly and quickly with my insurance and I had my vehicle back in 5 business days. Thanks Gerber!
