Terrible decision to use this place. Everything they touched was not installed properly scratched my tent when replacing the door still makes a rattling noise went in without an oil leak. Left with an oil leak was hung up on by. I asked to speak to a manager and conveniently manager was gone for the day. Tim told me to come get my car and never come back. Then hung up on me. I had to call Amanda and she was of no help. Will not return as I am not welcomed.
Love the work they did after my car accident but i went up there to see how much to repaint my hood and the top of my car. The lady at the desk said they will call me with a quote tommorrow. Still week later havent got that qoute. If i need to bring it down there for them to see i will but no one has even tried to call me a week later
I would start to say they have great customer service. I have a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry XSE which was recked, so I took it to this place. At first I thought they did a great job & keep me updated on my car. They had my car for I believe 18 days and I went to pick up very smooth transaction. But then two nights later I noticed from someone my car number wasn’t aligned.
