This company is horrible , no communication. 3 weeks waiting , finally a call ,we get here and paid the deductible and is not ready until tomorrow morning. For then is joke . Please people look for other company . This people don't care about the customers.
After someone hit my PARKED car ( I still am trying to figure out how someone hits a parked car) however, I called my State Farm Agent and she said call Gerber and speak to Nicole. Well my agent was not wrong Nicole was so wonderful. The moment I got to Gerber she was ready to go over the process of getting my sweet car fixed. Insurance co sent them $ to repair my vehicle and they applied it to someone else's account. Now, they are telling me 4-6wks to refund the $. Absolutely, ridiculous! It was their mistake!
I highly recommend not going here for service! My car went in for repairs and was deemed a total loss. Once my insurance company came to collect my car Gerber told them I would mail in my key, which was in their possession at the time because I made sure when I signed my release forms! I called Gerber and they informed me they had me confused with another customer and my key should have been with my vehicle, unfortunately it turns out my key was not with my vehicle and I am out of $250 now because they either kept or lost my... read more
