Insurance co sent them $ to repair my vehicle and they applied it to someone else's account. Now, they are telling me 4-6wks to refund the $. Absolutely, ridiculous! It was their mistake!
I highly recommend not going here for service! My car went in for repairs and was deemed a total loss. Once my insurance company came to collect my car Gerber told them I would mail in my key, which was in their possession at the time because I made sure when I signed my release forms! I called Gerber and they informed me they had me confused with another customer and my key should have been with my vehicle, unfortunately it turns out my key was not with my vehicle and I am out of $250 now because they either kept or lost my... read more
I went in to have water in my Buick floor looked at and they found my problem was the sunroof collecting water and the drain was not moving the water out. They recommended a Sunroof specialist and said no charge. They were nice, friendly, professional and honest. I would recommend them. I believe Eugene helped me.
