Worst communication ever, They have my car for almost 3 weeks , I still waiting for the car to get ready . . The car is waiting for inspection since Thursday and today is Tuesday . I just called, it might be ready Wednesday. Crazy customer service.
The bumper and trunk lid were poorly painted. The bumper is installed crooked. There are clear coat runs on the trunk lid, paint chips on the edges, and some scratches. There are also scratches on the lower part of the trunk lid.
Scott and the team at Gerber are top notch. They did a great job repairing my 2025 Toyota Camry that had been in an accident. They got the job done in 24 hours and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work. I would highly recommend them!
