Tom Roznowski was professional , polite and direct . That is how customer service should be . I will do a follow up once the job is done to rate the whole company . So far so good. I am updating my review , went from 4 stars to 2 , I thought dropping it to only one star will be harsh . Sometimes customers can be difficult because life is unpredictable , so it is up to the shop to ease those problems and come up with solutions in a timely manner . no communication , no suggestion and no help . Tom and Angie are the best in the business. Extremely professional, excellent customer service, honest, responsive, reasonably priced, and completed massive repairs to front end ahead of schedule. There’s nowhere else I would go and I would recommend them to anybody.
