Tom Roznowski was professional , polite and direct . That is how customer service should be . I will do a follow up once the job is done to rate the whole company . So far so good. I am updating my review , went from 4 stars to 2 , I thought dropping it to only one star will be harsh . Tom and Angie are the best in the business. Extremely professional, excellent customer service, honest, responsive, reasonably priced, and completed massive repairs to front end ahead of schedule. There’s nowhere else I would go and I would recommend them to anybody.
Great service from start to finish. Tom is super friendly and knowledgeable, he kept me updated the whole time my car was in. I honestly don't notice a difference in my car from before the hit. I didn't catch her name but the woman at the front desk is also very nice and welcoming. I'd recommend them to anyone :)
