Perfect work and attention to detail as always. The staff is awesome and proactively kept me updated throughout the entire repair process.
Shout out the entire team here! I had a very small ding in the door repair but they went above and beyond on getting it fixed AND when I went to pick up my car they had transformed my mom Tahoe into a car that I would want to buy, INSIDE and out! What a surprise to pick up a car that was sparkling inside and I didn't even ask for it. Y'all are doing it right, thank you!
Do not use this place!! My repair completion date has been pushed back three times. I would do zero stars if possible. They are not worth the one star. Edit- Someone has reached out. They were very apologetic and trying to make things right. My car is ready, and I am picking it up Monday. As long as everything is good I will be glad to change this. Professional and friendly service all around. The communication of progress via text updates allowed our family to plan accordingly. The finished product was excellent; not to mention, the vehicle was seemingly detailed inside and out, fantastic.
