Lady on the phone is rude. Estimator is rude. Very argumentative, talks down to women, just flat out disrespectful. 0/5 absolutely do NOT recommend.
Perfect work and attention to detail as always. The staff is awesome and proactively kept me updated throughout the entire repair process.
Shout out the entire team here! I had a very small ding in the door repair but they went above and beyond on getting it fixed AND when I went to pick up my car they had transformed my mom Tahoe into a car that I would want to buy, INSIDE and out! What a surprise to pick up a car that was sparkling inside and I didn't even ask for it. Y'all are doing it right, thank you!
Do not use this place!! My repair completion date has been pushed back three times. I would do zero stars if possible. They are not worth the one star. Edit- Someone has reached out. They were very apologetic and trying to make things right. My car is ready, and I am picking it up Monday. As long as everything is good I will be glad to change this.
